• You agree not to dispute information you know to be accurate.

Books, Journals & Digital Products

• All digital downloads are final sale.

• Physical products ship as stated; delays may occur due to carriers.

Phlebotomy Course (Coming Soon)

• Course content is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for licensed medical training or state certification.

• Enrollment details, pricing, and requirements will be provided upon launch.

• Prices are listed clearly before checkout or service engagement.

• Taxes and/or applicable processing fees may apply.

• Chargebacks without attempting to resolve concerns with me directly are not permitted.

• Tax prep: Refunds are not provided once work has started; if no work has begun, refunds may be considered.

• Credit repair: Month-to-month services may be cancelled anytime with written notice before the next billing cycle.

• Digital products: No refunds due to the nature of downloadable content.

• Courses: Refund policy will be listed at launch.

• I primarily communicate via email, phone, or SMS (with your permission).

• Please allow reasonable time for responses during business hours.

• You agree not to use abusive or disrespectful language toward staff.

• I do not sell your information—ever.

• Your info is used only to provide services, process payments, or communicate with you.

• Third-party tools (payment processors, scheduling tools, email providers) may store info as needed to serve you.

All books, journals, materials, courses, videos, worksheets, and downloads are copyrighted.
