By scheduling or receiving notary services from Roshonda Whitefield, you acknowledge and agree that all notary fees are regulated by Florida law and that any additional fees (including travel, after-hours, remote online notarization platform fees, and convenience services) are separate from the notarial act itself. All fees will be disclosed prior to services being rendered. Notarial services do not include legal advice, document preparation, or representation, and no legal advice will be provided. Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Certified / Attested Copies: $10 per document
• Remote Online Notarization (RON): $25 per act - Option Coming Soon!
MOBILE & CONVENIENCE FEES
• Travel (0–15 miles): $35
• Travel (16–30 miles): $45
• After-hours, weekends, or holidays: +$20
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
• Additional signer: $10
• Printing or document handling: $1 per page

• Weddings, apostille services, and complex documents are available by personalized quote.
